The nearest rail head Alleppey is 4 kms from the Lake Palace
Jetty.
Road
Alleppey is connected with NH 47 to Cochin (1 1/2 Hr) 64 kms
and Trivandrum
(3 1/2 hours) 150 kms.
Water
Alleppey is connected by water with Cochin (5 1/2 Hr), Quilon
(8 Hrs) and Kottayam (2 1/2 Hr).
